I built a Django-based health information system that helps healthcare providers manage clients and health programs efficiently. The system supports registering new clients, enrolling them into one or more programs (e.g., HIV, TB, Malaria), and viewing complete client profiles. It also includes a search feature, a public API for exposing client data, and a clean, intuitive interface for easy adoption. The project demonstrates strong backend architecture, API development with Django REST Framework and deployment on Render with a simple, user-friendly frontend.
This was a bulky project so I am often trying to revamp my themes and layouts (UI/UX basically) feel free to contribute .
